From a spreadsheet of topics provided by the SMEs and a team of 3 (2 SMEs and 1 ID) I began the design of the new employee job skill training for commercial bankers. I delivered a blended learning solution to reach the goal of providing these learners structured training where before there was none. After program evaluation and analysis the effectiveness of the programs have been demonstrated as: Decreased turnover by 30% Improved time to proficiency by 50% Continues to capture tacit knowledge from front line and retiring employees.
